What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability with a small additional fee.

Can I book a wedding hall with full coordination?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive coordination service including decor design, floral arrangements, buffet setup, sound and lighting systems, and a specialized team to manage the entire event.

What is the capacity of the available halls?

The Grand Hall accommodates 500 guests, the Medium Hall 200 guests, and the Meeting Room 50 guests. All halls are equipped with the latest audio and visual systems.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available for over 200 cars with Valet Parking service for suite guests and event attendees.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, the cancellation policy specific to the booking type applies. Contact us via WhatsApp for any changes.
